This 3-day course provides delegates with a thorough understanding of advanced testing methodologies. These are pertinent to the development of embedded application software in compliance with both safety and cybersecurity standards including DO-178C, DO-278A, and DO-326A in civil aviation, ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434 in automotive, IEC 61508 and ISA/IEC 62443 in industrial safety, and IEC 62304 and FDA-2021-D-1158 in medical devices.
This training course is designed to support the requirements of software development teams, verification and validation teams, and those aiming to achieve safety critical certifications for their projects in various domains.

Having worked his way up to Senior Field Application Engineer, Zachary is currently in his 8th year within LDRA. A Liverpool Hope University graduate, he works heavily within the automotive, aerospace and industrial sectors. Helping to bring specialty knowledge of the LDRA tools to a wide variety of users for both safe and secure embedded applications. Zachary aspires to continue towards developing himself and bringing world leading best-practice techniques to ever growing software sectors.
The 3-day LDRA tool suite training course costs £950 per delegate, excluding VAT.
Purchase orders will be invoiced upon receipt and payment is required 14 days before the course commences. We regret that no refunds are allowed for cancellations or transfers received within 14 days or for non-attendance. Substitutions are permissible at any time.
Fees include comprehensive course materials, certificate of completion, and morning, lunch, and afternoon refreshments.
Accommodation can be arranged by the course administrator if required. Costs must be settled personally by delegates or their employers and are payable directly to the accommodation provider.
We understand that plans and circumstances change. If a place on a training course is booked for a delegate who is no longer able to attend, there are three options.
Nominate a replacement delegate from your organisation. 5 days’ notice of substitution preferred please. Later substitutions may be permitted at the discretion of LDRA.
No substitutions are permitted for online courses once the course has commenced.
Nominate a different course date for the same delegate. LDRA require notification of the substitution no later than 20 working days before the course date, please.
The replacement course date must be within 12 months of the original, and only one transfer is permitted per delegate. There will be no refund offered in the event of non-attendance following a transferred booking.
The amount refunded will depend on the date that LDRA receive notice of cancellation, as shown in the following table.
