Understanding Compliance – How to Leverage Technologies and Maximize Productivity in Aerospace Programs

In DO-178C, the information flows between system (ARP 4754A and ARP 4761) and software life cycle processes, as well as those of Airborne Electronic Hardware (AEH), are laid out explicitly, although at a very high level. The implication is that the DO-178C and/or DO-254 product supplier must fully comprehend these information flows to achieve approval or certification, if the end goal is a TSO, STC or simply compliance data for a product.
