Experience and skills:

  • Minimum 5 years‘ experience and successful track record telesales/telemarketing in a commercial sales environment;
  • Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build relationships with clients quickly;
  • Independent and motivated telesales professional skilled in sales plan development and execution required for:-searching for new clients by following up on leads provided;
    • maximising customer potential in designated regions;
    • developing relationships with customers;
    • interpreting customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand their needs;
    • producing results both through supporting sales activity and by breaking into new markets;
    • meeting regular inside sales targets;
    • supporting marketing activities;
    • liaising with members of the sales team and other technical experts, as well as senior company managers;
    • administration and other office-based duties.
