Experience and skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience and successful track record telesales/telemarketing in a commercial sales environment;
- Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to build relationships with clients quickly;
- Independent and motivated telesales professional skilled in sales plan development and execution required for:-searching for new clients by following up on leads provided;
- maximising customer potential in designated regions;
- developing relationships with customers;
- interpreting customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand their needs;
- producing results both through supporting sales activity and by breaking into new markets;
- meeting regular inside sales targets;
- supporting marketing activities;
- liaising with members of the sales team and other technical experts, as well as senior company managers;
- administration and other office-based duties.
