Sales experience and skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience and successful track record selling commercial software tools or embedded software solutions;
- Minimum 50% travel required within territory;
- BS or greater in Computer Science or related experience
- Experience working in the design/manufacture of embedded software solutions or with embedded standards (i.e. IEC 61508, IEC 62304, ISO 26262, DO-178C) is an advantage;
- Independent and motivated sales professional skilled in sales plan development and execution required for:-
- Hunter sales role in defined geography and target accounts;
- Disciplined prospecting targeted at key decision makers in embedded systems divisions/groups;
- Ability to fully qualify potential opportunities and manage the sales cycle to closure
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities;
- History of quota achievement and over performance;
- Meeting quarterly and annual sales targets;
- Skilled in closing sales within the Medical Device, Aerospace, Avionics, Industrial Controls, and Automotive markets
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
- Deliver customer-focused presentations that address business and technical needs;
- Working with sales team and other technical experts, as well as senior management

FAE/Technical experience and skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience and successful track record supporting commercial software tools or embedded software solutions;
- Minimum 50% travel required within territory;

- Independent and motivated technical professional skilled in sales plan development and execution required for:-
- Opportunity expert and evaluation support - to develop a complete understanding of all the technical aspects of a sales opportunity; support trial evaluations for prospective customers; and assist in the successful deployment at the customer site;
- Technical lead for new opportunities - to develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations; respond to requests for proposals and requests for Info rmation from prospective customers; present to interested engineers and engineering management at prospective customers; communicate with customers, prospects, partners, and the company to aid in the development of new products and features that meet customer needs more effectively;
- Technical account manager - to provide consistent, proactive, technical leadership and expertise to ensure the success of the initial implementation and integration at a new customer; help grow each account to enterprise-wide adoption;
- Training and applications consulting - to deliver training courses to customers and support new and existing customers by providing mentoring or technical applications consulting.

- liaising with members of the sales team and other technical experts, as well as senior company managers;
